I was born in Norway and lived several places here, but most of the time has been spent in a small village of 500 people, where I live today. About 5 years were spent abroad, in the US, England and Spain.
The fear began when I was little, the depression when I was 14. I've flown high and I've crashed and burned. I had a psychotic break in December 2008. At once fascinating and terrifying, it was one that helped me move on. I'm better than I have ever been and wide awake for the first time!
I want to help people understand what mental suffering is and how it's connected to the search for meaning in everybody's lives.
The psychotic experience is posted on the blog, under "Dark Night of the Soul", not for the faint of heart..!
